For our Shul phonebook which is distributed at our Shul Dinner, we are including cell phone numbers of each member next to their listing. 

This is also the opportunity for you to become part of our Young Israel of Woodmere email list.  If you have not previously submitted your email address (maximum of 2 email addresses), or if there have been any changes of addresses in the past year, we would appreciate an update to input into our system.  Please indicate clearly whether this is a new address, additional email address or if you are changing your email address and what you are changing it from.

We intend to include the e-mail addresses and cell phone numbers we receive in our Shul phonebooks.  Please complete the form below.

Also, if you have any home address or phone number changes that you would like to be reflected in our new Shul phonebook, please contact the shul office at 516-295-0950 x 205 prior to April 21.
